SPANISH MOROCCO ( The Spanish protectorate in Morocco; Spanish: Protectorado español en Marruecos) was established by the November 27, 1912 Treaty between France and Spain regarding Morocco, originally as a Spanish sphere of influence in Morocco. It ended in 1956, when both France and Spain recognized Moroccan independence. Currency : Spanish Peseta .
